Athena’s P.O.V.
Dean held my hand as we watched our father come back into to hall. It had been a few days since he left. Both Logan and I were worried thinking something had happened to him. As soon as he walked in, I let go of Dean’s hand and ran to hug my father.

“I’m fine, you don’t have to worry.” Our father said as Logan looked up at him.

“We won’t ever stop worrying, dad,” Logan said as he came over and our father hugged us both. I watched as Logan pulled away and glared at my father. I knew he was going to start questioning our father. “Did you know what your sister did?”

I watched as I let go of my father and looked into his eyes. I turned to look and saw our Aunt Marie coming closer to us with James at her side. “The only thing I knew was that she bailed Lucas out. Your mother, her and I came out with a plan to get him back in jail.”

Our Aunt Marie came to hug our father. “He didn’t know anything about my plan. He found out when you did.” She turned to us, as I looked over at my brother, he still wasn’t happy at all. “Logan, I’m so sorry. I wasn’t thinking straight back then because I never found someone to love.”

“But yet you did. Not to mention that this rapist is now after my sister because she looks like our mother. Everything you have done has made our lives even more in danger!”

Logan yelled as tears started to fall down our Aunt’s face.

I father stepped in and James quickly came to our Aunt’s side. “I know what she did is unforgivable, but you need to understand that what’s in the past, is in the past. Sometimes we do stuff without even thinking about it.”

Logan crossed his arms and rolled his eyes before Logan could say anything, I interrupted him. “Logan, please, let’s not make this worst than it needs to be. He’s only after one thing. Me.” I spoke as Dean held my hand once more. “Now, let’s just relax and we will figure out a plan.”

I started to walk back to my hall, as I left go of Dean’s hand.
“Athena?” Dean spoke as I ignored him as my mind kept spinning. I wanted to be alone, but at the same time, Dean won’t let me be alone.

“You are gonna have to talk to me. I’m not leaving any time soon.” Dean said again as I walked into my cottage and slammed the door shut. I sat in my chair, as I watched the door fling open. “You aren’t gonna shut me out, Athena.

Dean stood in front of me as I just stared away from him. He leaned in, pulling his face right in front of mine. “I’m not going anywhere unless you tell me to.” He spoke and then leaned in to kiss my cheek. He started to place kisses all over my face, I could help by smile.

“You make it so hard to be alone.” I spoke, as he smirked.

“Well, you aren’t alone. I’m always gonna be here for you and whether you like it or not, you are gonna tell me what’s going on.”

“It’s just hard for me to understand why this guy would want me.” I said. “I read my mother’s journal’s and she talked about what he did to her and her sister.”

“Your mom had a sister?” Dean asked. He looked as confused as I did.

“I guess so, but she died in a car crash. Lucas was her boyfriend at the time. He took advantage of her on the night her sister was killed. It didn’t make sense of why she was so overprotective of us.” I paused. “I’m just afraid that the same thing that happened to my mother will happen to me.”

Dean grabbed me and pulled me into his chest. “Don’t think like that. Nothing will happen to you, I promise.”

“Quick! Something is going on with Logan!” We heard Roxi yell as she slammed the door open. Dean looked at me as I rushed out the door, running after Roxi, as we saw him laying on the ground.

His body was stiff as a board and his eyes were open, but they were completely white. There was a weird glow around him. I got on my knees next to him and grabbed his hand.

“No, Athena don’t!” I heard my Aunt Marie said as I felt a complete shock throughout my body. Everything went completely back.

“What the hell is this!” I said as I was about to touch Athena’s hand. Marie pulled my wrist away.

“Don’t touch them! They are in a vision and if you all are under, it can slowly kill you!” Marie explained as Elle came rushing with some time of pot. “We have to hurry and put this oil over our hands, it will make sure that we don’t get trapped in their vision.”
Roxi and I dipped our hands into the oil as we were told. I was more worried what would we need to do next.

“What’s next?” I asked as Marie, James, and Elle did the same.

“At the same time, we need to all touch their hearts.” We all got in position, I looked up at Marie and waited. “One, two, three!” We all placed our hands on their chest and it all stopped.

Their eyes shut, the glow around them was gone, I placed my head near Athena’s heart as I listened to her beating heart, I felt relief as I could hear it beating. I was afraid that I had lost her. I kissed her forehead, thinking she would wake up, but nothing.

“Why aren’t they waking up?” Roxi asked as she kissed Logan on the lips.

“They need time to recover, we put them in a deep sleep. Let them rest and we will have to wait and see.” Marie said as I picked up Athena and walked her back to her cottage, placing her softly on her bed.

I sat in the chair that I pulled next to the bed and held her hand. “I’m not going anywhere, Athena.” As I kissed her hand.
